Ph.D. admissions:
I welcome inquiries from prospective Ph.D. students interested in environmental politics, public policy, political institutions, regulatory governance, climate and sustainability politics, and related topics. I am especially interested in students who hope to pursue theoretically motivated and empirically grounded research on how governments and institutions respond to complex environmental and social challenges. Prospective students should apply through Washington University’s Department of Political Science Ph.D. admissions process; admissions and funding decisions are made by the department.
